The Pain of Unquiet Evenings

Restlessness can grip you like a vice during the night. Every noise becomes amplified, every shadow takes on a menacing form. We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the powerful spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

To truly long oblivion was to ache for a fleeting respite from the weight of being.
